WHAT TO EXPECT
IF YOU ARE NEW TO PILATES YOU
check in at the front desk with the instructor, fill out a new student form with medical history report, do present yourself to theinstructor and descibe him any health problems you may have.
IF YOU ARE NEW TO PILATES YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 PRIVATE SESSIONS
in order to enter a group class
PLEASE LEAVE YOURSELF PLENTY OF TIME
to arrive to the studio before the scheduled start time of your class.At least arrive five min earlier.
PLEASE AVOID EATING BEFORE CLASS
Your last meal before class time should be 2-3 hrs earlier.
DO DRINK WATER BEFORE CLASS,
but avoid it during class
WEAR COMFORTABLE WORKOUT CLOTHES,
that let you stretch and work up a sweat.
PLEASE TAKE OUT YOUR SHOES AND LEAVE BAGS,PHONES,
and other personal items in the locker rooms. Our studio is not responsible for any loss of your personal belongings
PLEASE TURN YOUR CELLPHONES OFF OR TO VIBRATE
upon entering the studio. Observe silence in the reception area before class to allow fellow students to focus and relax.
DO WORKOUT OFTEN. BE CONSISTENT
You need to workout at least twice a week,in order to see results

There is no need antgonism with your fellow sudents.

otherwise the class is considered done and you will be charged for it.

the equipment you have been using before moving onto another piece of apparatus and PUT EVERY PROP YOU HAVE USED IN IT’S PLACE.
