    to ensure that rehabilitation takes place at your pace,if you have been recommended to Pilates by your physiotherapist, osteopath, surgeon or doctor.
    In all cases of injury rehabilitation, by teaching you CORRECT MOVEMENT PATTERNS and creating a more BALLANCED BODY and a STRONG CORE, pilates will not only help you recover from injury but ensure that you don’t re-injure yourself when you return to your favorite sports or activities.

Each class is taken by a fully qualified Pilates Foundation Instructor and is tailored to your specific needs. The classes provide a gentle yet indepth structure working on the entire body as well as the injured area to ensure maximum recovery and overall fitness. Your sessions will be energising, varied and, whatever your level, challenging. Expect to focus, work hard, and leave tired but energised.
