Group Classes (10 people max)

Combine dynamic training, add a ballet barre and you have a fitness progmam that improves flexibility, endurance, while strengthening and toning your muscles.

WHILE COMBINING THE BASIC PILATES PRINCIPLES,

FAT BURNING BARRE IS:

  • a workout for the whole body,

  • incorporates flow, strength training and stretching, and

  • is structured in order to burn fat and

  • build lean and strong musles with an emphasis on toning the thighs, glutes, & hamstrings

Each class is 60 minutes duration.

It is advisable for participants to have attended a few pilates classes.

WHAT YOU GAIN:

  • 60 minutes of demanding and fat burning exercises which include push-ups, lunges and more

  • Workout during which different exercises interchange in order to burn fat and boost metabolism
