WHILE COMBINING THE BASIC PILATES PRINCIPLES,
FAT BURNING BARRE IS:
a workout for the whole body,
incorporates flow, strength training and stretching, and
is structured in order to burn fat and
build lean and strong musles with an emphasis on toning the thighs, glutes, & hamstrings
Each class is 60 minutes duration.
It is advisable for participants to have attended a few pilates classes.
WHAT YOU GAIN:
