The advanced training program our instructors undergo emphasizes the principles underlying each exercise taught in our studio.

AS A TEAM, WE HAVE SEVERAL HUNDRED HOURS OF CONTINUING EDUCATION.

Our instructors are able to work with a wide variety of clients in a group or private setting, including those with injuries or special needs.The San Tsai teachers have studied with some of the world’s true pilates masters    ,  including Alan Herman, Rael Isacowitz,Dr Brent Anderson, Bob Likens, Karen Clippinger and many more. Every member of the San Tsai teaching staff has undergone anatomy training in order to guide a class safely.
